In this purpose, this study has been considered the Richard Goyder, the entrepreneur of Wesfarmers conglomerate company of Australia. In order to understand the concept of the study, the history, development and the growth of the entrepreneur has been discussed. In addition, this study is helpful to identify the role and the socio cultural background for the development of the entrepreneur.
